Bathroom Waterponding Assessment
Conducted at the finished level with all fixtures and architectural finishes fully installed, our waterponding test detects leaks and compromised waterproofing membranes before handover — avoiding costly post-occupancy rectification.

Field Window Water Tightness Assessment
We partner with a Singapore Accredited Laboratory (SAC-accredited) to conduct field window water tightness tests in accordance with AAMA 502 and SS 212. Results are issued under an accredited test report.
