BQUAS™ Rebrands to BuildQAS™ to Better Differentiate Its Services

BQUAS Consulting Pte. Ltd. is pleased to announce that its Building Quality Assessment System has been rebranded from BQUAS™ to BuildQAS™.

The decision to rebrand was driven by a need to clearly differentiate the company's identity and services from similarly named offerings in other global industries. As the company expanded its reach across Asia and attracted a more diverse client base, a more distinctive name was needed to accurately represent what the organisation does and the value it delivers.

Why BuildQAS™:

The new name — BuildQAS — stands for Building Quality Assessment System, making the company's core service immediately clear to developers, contractors, and project teams across the region. As co-founders Su Jian and Willie explained:

What's changing — and what's not:

The rebrand covers the company name, brand identity, and all client-facing materials. The parent company planned to formally update its registered name by mid-2018, with a redesigned website launching in January 2018 to communicate the new brand positioning.

Critically, the assessment criteria, scoring methodology, and quality standards remain unchanged. Developers and contractors who have worked with BQUAS Consulting under the previous name can continue to rely on the same rigorous, independently benchmarked assessment framework they have come to trust.

This rebrand marks a new chapter for the company as it continues to grow its presence across Singapore, Malaysia, and the broader Asia region — helping developers and contractors achieve higher construction quality standards through independent assessment, hands-on training, and field testing.
